HOW TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER AT THE THRIFT SHOP

We welcome individuals, church groups, civic clubs, and any other organization to volunteer for just a few hours or maybe helping with an ongoing project! RMYA firmly believes that community service and volunteers are essential to help us provide quality services to the children we care for.

Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age, must pass a criminal history check, and must pass a drug screening.

Call the Director of the Thrift Shop to set up a meeting, and then you will come in for an initial interview to complete a volunteer application and get a tour of our campus.

Your second meeting will include an orientation and some paperwork. During orientation the policies and procedures of our programs and volunteer rules and responsibilies will be explained.
